Strength & Conditioning in Gardner, KS
The Youth Barbell program is where our athletes lay their foundation for future success in our program. In this levelized program, athletes will work at their own pace through four separate training phases before earning the opportunity to join our weightlifting team program. Each phase emphasizes joint stability and range of motion and requires each athlete to display proficiency in different areas before moving on to the next development phase. Athletes will learn the procedures and processes of training, the fundamentals of proper movement, and develop a love for training as they build confidence and independence in their training.
All prospective athletes are required to come in for an initial screening in order to determine placement in the program.
