Youth Weightlifting Team in Gardner, KS
Team athletes are free to train during their "open" training session during gym hours throughout the week. Having been through our Youth Barbell course, athletes will have the ability to independently navigate their warmup, barbell work, and accessories with constant access to the coach. Each athlete will follow a developmentally appropriate training program.
Completion of our Youth Barbell program or prior experience in weightlifting or functional fitness activities that include the Olympic lifts.
